Policy

The agritourism will be closed from November the 4th to December the 19th 2024 included and from January the 7th to March the 31th 2025 included.

All apartments are let for a minimum of 2 nights.
In June, in September and for New Year’s Eve we only accept reservations for at least 3 nights. 
In summer (from July the 1st until August the 31st included) bookings must be made for a minimum of 7 nights.

Prices include: heating, final cleaning, linen provided (also pool towels in summer), parking, Wi-Fi, use of the common swimming-pool in summer, ingredients for breakfast on the first day (self-catering). Prices DO NOT include the Tourist Tax of EUR 2.00 per night for every person over 14 years old. The Tourist Tax is only applied for the first 7 nights of a stay.

To finalize the reservation we ask a 30% deposit through a bank transfer. 
A baby cot can be added free of charge upon request. An extra bed can also be added and is charged 15 EUR per night for persons under 14 years old and 25 EUR per night for persons over 14 years old. 

Check in: between 2pm and 8pm. Since Cosona is located in the open countryside, on a dimly lit dirt road, we strongly suggest you to arrive before sunset. Check out: before 9.30 am. Late check-in comes on request and at extra cost.

Please note that the use of the swim cap in the swimming pool is mandatory.

The use of a washing machine is available only for weekly stays, upon request and on extra payment
